Recruitment steps:
Application
Find the position that interests you. Check the job description and our expectations. If you think you meet our requirements – apply through the application form in the job offer. If there is no offer for you, but you think you fit the profile of our company, you can button “Leave your CV”. This will leave us an application for the future. We’ll be in touch with you when a matching recruitment comes up.
CV Analysis
You will be informed automatically when we receive your CV. The hiring manager together with HR team member will review your application. If your application is interesting to us, we will contact you and arrange a recruitment meeting.
Interview
During the meeting, we will assess your competencies to see if they match the job offer. You can expect to speak with the hiring manager or an expert in the area and a member of the HR team. During the conversation, we will want to assess your level of English language skills. We will explain to you what the job entails and answer your other questions.
Task (optional)
In selected recruitment processes, we also use recruitment tasks – to be completed on-site or at home, at a convenient time after the meeting. This allows us to assess competencies in more depth and you to provide a sample of your work. This is an optional stage.
Offer
After a positive evaluation of the previous steps, we arrange a final meeting with an executive team member responsible for a particular area of the company’s business. It is aimed at getting to know the candidate and the company even better, answering questions and agreeing on the terms of cooperation.
